Students may be transported to and from school by car or by busses provided by the public school district in which they reside. Any questions or concerns regarding bus transportation should be directed to the local school district’s transportation department. In the beginning of the school year, students should be made aware of how they will leave school. ANY changes in this method should be given to the teacher in writing - even if it is only for one day.
Transportation changes will not be made over the phone unless it is an emergency. Students arriving by car must be in school before 8:20 a.m. or be marked late. Some consideration is given for inclement weather. Children who ride the bus are expected to abide by ALL of the rules regarding safety regulations.
Districts that provide transportation currently. Garnet Valley, Chichester, Penn Delco, Rose Tree Media, Kennett Square, Chester-Upland,and West Chester.
